Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is 20 days. To be eligible, please ensure that the items are unworn and in the same condition received. 

'SALE' items are final and cannot be returned. 

Please message us at wolfelabel@gmail.com and we can provide you the return address for items to be shipped back. Return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning multiple item that values more than $70, we recommend you to use trackable shipping or purchase shipping insurance.

Once items are received, we will inspect them and then approve refund. 

Pease note that Wolfe Label is not responsible for addresses that are input incorrectly.
